You can always check Rick Olsen's web site - not as complete as the book but you do see all the dice he has for sale. Many times you'll find the ones you are looking for....

I also have the book - it does show some "Ray A. Smith" bulls-eye dice but does not mention the "Fun" stamp. Isn't Harold's Club the place that had Food, Fun, and Fortune as the big jackpot on their slots?
