The Las Vegas chips sound like they may be "fantasy chips" which would likely only be worth a couple of dollars, but the only way to tell for sure is to post a photo of all of the chips if you can. I'll leave it to others to comment on the value of the Louisiana and Mississippi chips since I don't collect them.
