Anyone have any info on this Harrahs Las Vegas medallion? Has the GDC mintmark. Gold-colored and proof-like, but doesn't seem heavy enough for silver. Reverse has the Harrahs 7-star logo, Las Vegas, and "collector's edition 1998".
