OK they aren't labels, as Greg pointed out.
They are printed on paper, offest press probably, die cut, and then pressed into the chips, with heat, as they are made.
If you make labels, even mylar, the thinnest you can find, the chips will be thicker in the center than the edges and won't stack or slide right.
I think you got the idea on the rest of the replies. It's thin ice.
If I did this, I'd probably put something like "Pete's Casino, Milwaukee" or maybe with some thought something more clever. But I'd never use anything that looks like a real casino name or location.
