The fact is, if they had said sorry, here is what happened, instead of saying you are at fault because you didn't pay the bill two weeks before receiving the bill (and days before the bill was even mailed-I looked last night), I would have accepted it graciously.
I like to think I am a reasonable person, but every now and then, BS and bad attitude combine to get under my skin. Ultimately, I'll have no choice but to accept it-live and learn.
