sold over 800 Million worth of condos and bungalows as a part of their expansion. I have seen the preliminary blue prints and am very impressed with the possible new layout. Several new restaurants plans for a buffet, poker room, Huge new concert venue, (bye bye joint) along with a new pool, and larger casino area etc etc etc. The Hard Rock has also been flagged, and maybe signed a contract, to manage and help build a Hard Rock Casino in the San Diego area near Harrahs. I doubt Peter will sell, but you never know. I have a friend who is purchasing one of the condos and the Hard Rock says they are going forward full spead ahead.
