Janice and I wish to make the following announcement.

Our only daughter Joan and her boyfriend Mark announced their engagement at a celebration Monday night. Janice and I are very happy for both of them and Mark is an exceptional choice. Naturally we think he did quite well for himself too. They're planning a November 11th wedding here on the desert.

Mark 32 years (UCI), runs an oral hygiene company in LA, is 6'4" and Joan 30 years (SDSC), teaches 5th grade in Anaheim, is 6'1." Yes the children...wonder how tall they will be? Mark told Joan he wanted three and she said she wanted two and he could bring in the third himself. At that point one of Mark's friends said at least they'd have clean teeth, nice breath, and probably pass the CA high school exit exam.

There is more good news for us. Jan's been doing flowers at weddings for a few years. We're getting all kinds of "We'll give you a very good price offers," from a lot of vendors she's worked with over time.

Ladies, I think you'd enjoy her spirit. An old boyfriend once used the "B" word on her. Yup, he told her if they were married he'd put her on a "budget." Click.
