Has anybody here ever ordered that magazine? I did with the expectation that I would receive 12 continuous editions. Apparently they only feel obligated to send me 12, whenever they feel like it (I actually posed that question to the customer service manager-Kristy, and she said yes they could do it that way).

The deitor is Adam Fine, and apparently, he runs a slip shod company. I already know I won't renew the subscription, it doesn't help that the magazine is become so oriented to everything except what I go to casinos for (gambling).

I received my first issue, sentin the payment committed to send (immediately), never received a Feb issue. I called in once because I received a reminder notice, and was told then the issue was on its way.

I was told today that since I didn't send in my payment before Jan 4 (which preceded both the first issue, and the bill), I wouldn't get my next issue until March. Which was not what I had contracted for.

I attempted to explain that the coupon inducement (which was a primary motivator to ordering the magazine) had been intended to be used before I will now receive it. This apparently is also my fault.

I intend to express myself to Mr. Fine, either directly, or indirectly. But I share this as a tale of caution in dealing with that publication. It is also an opportunity for me to blow off steam.

I suppose it wouldn't have been as bad if they said sorry, but instead they regard it as my error.
