Short-lived; 1979 - Int'l. Gold Key Club members

Tom notes on page 98 of his Playboy book that the chip was originally distributed to Playboy Int'l. Gold Key Club members and mounted in holders as keychains. They could be used in the casino in The Bahamas, but only in 1979. Fairly common.

A.C. Playboy didn't open until April, 1981.
Bahamas Playboy opened May 1978. Chip used there.
