...the problem is that spoof@ebay, spoof@paypal, spam@ebay and the like, you'll just receive a gneric form letter telling you "thanks; this did not come from ebay/paypal...please follow this link for tips which can help you protect yourself in the future." Unfortunately, they don't do much with those. If you want to file through ebay, use the form on their 'safe harbor' link. It's a bit more time-consuming, but it will get their attention.
By reporting it to abuse@xxx.com, at least they suspend the wanker
