That's the way I look at it also...If I am selling, I post feedback as soon as I am paid. I expect the same. If I pay and see no feedback, then I may or may not leave feedback. It really frosts my grandma's preserves if I pay for something and they seller ships it and sends an email saying "I sent your package, if you leave feedback when you get it, I will also leave feedback for you" - that sucks! (IMHO) My half of the deal is done, feedback earned. period. MY feedback should pertain to MY PART of the deal, not depend on what/if I post feedback as a buyer.
That said, there are idiots out there ;) I waited and waited on shipment of a CD Drive a while back, emailed and emailed...finally got it, but it was the wrong color. Email up email followed to get the right one. Not once did he respond. I put a neutral feedback when it could arguably have been negative, so the fool dings me with a negative! *LOL* WhatEVER. My ONLY negative feedback EVER. Some folks' kids.
