I agree 100%. The seller should leave positive feedback when they have received good funds. Many dont. As a buyer I will not leave feedback until I have recieved it from the seller. I have never left bad feedback although I probably should have a couple of times, but if the seller dosent leave it for me, we just dont leave it for each other.
