Mine is a very simple way of doing it. When I receive an item from a seller, I look to see if they have left feedback. If they have not, then that is the end of it and I move on. It is the sellers resposibility to leave feedback once I complete my end of the tansaction if they want feedback left for them. Pretty simple in my eyes.
