just wait until you get a neg that you didnt deserve, It will crack your image of the feedback system. I hold mine hostage so that no one dups me again. One idiot left me a neg for selling a 2004 Binion wsop and most know they were all notched by Harrahs, My picture showed a notched chip my description mentioned twice that they were all notched and the buyer decided to neg me before even emailing me to say that he was unhappy with the chip!! I would have refunded him less shipping since he cant read. What did I do?? I negged him back saying he needs to read description before he bids. Now he didnt like that and we both mutually withdrew feedback, Had I done the RIGHT thing and left feedback after he paid I would have been screwed for something that was not my fault whatsoever. Thats my take on feedback and I always offer a refund or exchange when anyone is not happy I think 90% of neg feedback can be avoided through communication but tempers flair and feedback is left.
