I've been giving + feedback to buyers as soon as I get a PayPal notice that they've paid. Out of my last 3 transactions, only one gave me feedback (+ of course). Now I'm thinking I'll wait until I get theirs before I give. How do y'all do it? No problems with item or shipping that I've been told of by buyers.
