The best way is dependant upon your goal. If you are looking to just get rid of it with minimal work, just offer it for sale here or on eBay. If you are looking to maximize your profits then selling the collection off piece by piece or if the chips/strikes are in sets, set by set. More work for you but more money for you as well.
