Thanks, as always, for your support. What would even help Vic out even more would be an endorsement from me, if he were to make good on his previous swindles. He actually did change his eBay shipping policy to start charging more reasonable postage and handling amounts, and to combine shipping charges when he actually combines shipments. But even with that change of policy, he refused to make good on his overcharging me ($16.65 to ship nine chips in a single business envelope with $1.29 postage on it).

Another problem is that Vic does not respond to any followup questions on this board, probably because he is too embarrassed or too proud to address the issues raised. By doing that, his offers for chip trades or sales (with the corresponding high risk of the deal going bad) is nothing more than what is called "spam" on the Internet.
