10 months ago yesterday, April 2005 I mailed a personal chip to Mike Q.
Today it came back return to sender.
Says bad address but I don't think so. I emailed Mike.
I don't bash the USPS as I think they do a great job, most of the time.
BUT 10 MONTHS.
