Has anybody heard of this casino?

Oregon Blackjack casino (Bear Tavern)-NW of Portland, Columbia
County, Or. opened 1992

I cant find anything about it online. I won an auction that has a $1.00 chip from there and not sure where to get any info on it. I got this info from the seller, who got it from a Token Guide from 1998.

Any help would be aprreciated.
