I would be interested in their response to the "multiple transactions" issue. Each transaction is different, and should be counted individually.

The other issues: Feedback Hostage, feedback keeper, slow feedback, and retaliation feedback are characteristics of the individual buyer/seller. I doubt ebay would do anything about these issues. Maybe let you file a complaint, but it probably wouldn't have any affect.
