Got this on eBay a couple of weeks ago. It was listed as a Monte Carlo match. I know Wilbur Clark (W/C?) was connected to the downtown Monte Carlo Club, as well as El Rancho Vegas in the 1940's. Do you think this is an advertising match for both E.R.V. and his Monte Carlo Club?

Was the casino in El Rancho Vegas ever referred to as "Monte Carlo Casino"?

I believe it's the earliest El Rancho Vegas match I've found. Will find a good home among the other "rusty staples" in my collection [g].
