It wasn't my term. I have no idea what he meant. Is it chips under $100, chips under $5? What it means to me doesn't explain what Don meant. I can tell you that my most expensive chip wouldn't even make it to the junk level on Mark Engelbretson's scale (sorry if I mangled your name, Mark). I really don't know what Don meant, but I would like to, so I can use his advice to understand how other collectors view the effects of this type of damage.
