I use 3" D-ring binders with 2 1/2" X 2 1/2" cardboard holders, and 12 pocket pages. The 2 1/2" X 2 1/2" holders are nice for slightly largers chips you may pick up, and they help with the "bleeding" problem Dick mentioned.
