If you are going to use pocket pages I strongly suggest the 12 pocket and place the chip in a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 cardboard holder.
Placing the chip directly in a 30 pocket saves space but you are likely to find that the ink from the chip is now transfered to the pocket.
Just my opinion.
