It could be just a bogus offer to get your $$ or contact info without any merchandise ever coming your way...

Key, as noted earlier in the thread, is to check "My Ebay" messages to make sure it's a legit offer...I got 4 email 2nd Chance offers to buy Sam S. coin center collection from 4 different sellers...and none of them were legit and none were in My Ebay.
