Here is a panoramic photo of one of our projects near Cold Lake, Alberta.

This is a SAG-D (Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage) project. This plant produces steam that is pu,ped through wells into the oil sands formation and then pumps the oil, that as a result of being heated by the steam is separated from the sand, back into the plant for some minor processing before being shipped by pipeline for refining.

The formation here is the same as Fort McMurray, but because it is deeper it is not practical to mine it.
