PayPal will probably freeze his account, so should get something resolved.

Ebay is a 99.9999999% positive experience but every once in awhile you run across one of these scumbags.

A Friend and I have been working on some software that would be like snipeware...Maybe call it "burning feedback."

You can leave feedback for 90 days after auction ends...this would toast them in the last few seconds and then they couldn't burn you back. Not something you need very often but it could have its uses.

Just a thought...
