The big Hooters ballon on top never quite got up and running. It would get 3/4 of the way filled with air, and then the lights would go on inside, but then deflate right away. Personally, I think it was because they had the wrong subject. After all...if you are going to go with a theme, shouldn't you stick with that theme?? If you are going to pick something to inflate on the top of Hooters in Vegas, why on earth pick a ballon ??? Wink-wink !
