As I also notice that Gene Trimble just posted a very similar sentiment: After quite a lot of time, the matter hasn't been resolved. I'm a club member, but Vic isn't, because he's not willing to "sign up" for the club's code of ethics, and in fact he got thrown out of the former Deep South chapter for a similar scam. As a club member, there's nothing I can do to collect from him - and now he's soliciting trades from other club members. Since the time he scammed me, he's had a much higher incidence of complaints from chip trades and Round Robins. What I can do is warn other club members that there's a much higher than normal risk in trading with Vic, shutting off the newer members from becoming a first-hand "Vic"-tim.
