Once-in-a-lifetime Wine Dinner
Las Vegas Chef and Restaurateur Andre Rochat has created a truly stunning wine-pairing dinner that has anopheles and foodies drooling. On Monday, February 27th, Rochat will be welcoming the owner (Florence Rogers-Pinault) and president (Frederic Engerer) of the incomparable Chateau Latour Winery to his Andre’s French Restaurant at the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino for a paired dinner that will feature some of the world’s most sought after wines. The dinner, which is limited to only twenty four diners, will include tastings of the amazingly hard-to-find 1961, 1966, 1971, 1978, 1982, 1988 and 1990 vintages of Chateau Latour wines. Each course is paired with an extravagant dish from Rochat’s kitchen like Braised Venison Short Rib with Parsnip Purée, Cabernet Endive Marmalade and Black Truffle Zinfandel Sauce. “I am very grateful and honored to have been asked to prepare and host this one-in-a-lifetime dinner and for the opportunity to create a rare and unique wine tasting and dining experience, for serious wine lovers and food aficionados” said Rochat.
