This is a piece of metal mounted on a wood block - approximately 6" X 6". It was probably used in a newspaper printing press (you are seeing a mirror image). It is OLD, as evidenced by the "Horse Race" keno numbers. Of course another good indication of age is the date - July 15, 1947 (3:39 PM). Wow, imagine paying $5 for a keno ticket in 1947. That's a house payment! Then again, the $8,000 win would buy you a house, and then some.
