pretzel logic!
I try to think of it this way: when you go to a good restaurant, you pay a premium for good (better than average) food/ingredients/preparation/service. When you go to a good buffet, I look for the same thing, but with unlimited servings and/or virtually unlimited choices. The problem, when people think a buffet is too expensive, is usually because their idea of a "good buffet" is unlimited AVERAGE FOOD. Now, I ask you, why would Wynn or Bellagio offer unlimited average food? Would this play to the demographics of their customers???
