I need some wisdom from the long-term and regular sellers on eBay.

I have some auctions up and an individual with whom I have had a run-in here on the board regarding the ethical selliing of mis-identifed chips is bidding on many of them, and for chips I am pretty sure he has.

The paranoid me thinks that this may be an attempt to have negative feedback placed on my eBay account.

Any ideas on what I can do? Any help is appreciated.
