I doubt it on the Lionel train chips, they were limited to 500, with the train collectors convention goers getting first dibs. Plus that was last August.
I KNOW the nifty at 50 chips are gone...car chips sold out within 2 days (when I showed up, had to buy mine aftermarket) and the 50th anniversary chips were gone shortly after.
