This occured with a former empoloyer.

This is what happens when the module weights are not verified and they get covered with freezing rain on top of it. This was a two crane lift, engineered that went very very wrong.

Fortunately, there were no injuries. There were some dirty underwear (I'm serious) and lots of damage. You'll see why the dirty underwear in the next post...
