to those of you that actually sat thru the Va Governor's reponse to the State of the Union.

While he was so proud to tell you that Va is the best managed state, he neglected to mention how this "honor" was achieved.

By soaring real estate, sales taxes, and other taxes and by cutting such non essential servives as public school funding, police, etc... we became "well managed".

For those that don't know, he delivered his address from the fifth most dangerous city in America. Funny, he didn't mention a "better way" to fix that.
