The Four Queens issued three Halloween chips, TCR #s V6820, E0540 and E0541. V6820 was limited to 999 while the other two were limited to 666. With the exception of yr issued and # issued are these the same design? TCR also notes photo ref of 022, but I'll be darned if I can find it? Any help is appreciated.

This is known as the Elvira chip with a roulette wheel design on the rim.
