If you paid with PayPal and the seller can't provide PayPal with a internet trackable tracking number PayPal will return your money. Of course you need to put a claim in with PayPal. If the the seller cant provide a tracking number you will get your money back. Sellers can say whatever they want till they are blue in the face. Thay can write whatever they want in the auction info, but in the end you will get your manoy back with PayPal. Hope this info is helpful.
