As a seller it is my responsibility to deliver the
goods. I don't charge insurance for items under 20 . I would make it right if the person didn't receive an item from me. Insurance protects the seller not the buyer. The buyer is protected by law.

I have had 4 items disappear for a few weeks after I mailed them . 3 were delivered and 1 was returned to me. I would stay in contact with the seller for a few weeks because it more than likely will show up if he mailed it .
