Hello again: The Silver Slipper in Edmonton is a casino that is open 7 days to 10 days a year each year since it opened in 1968. Population of Edmonton at that time I would guess was about 500,000. Hardly need 38,000 $5 chips as I seen in a recent live posting on the Chipboard.
