Hi Andrew- If you plan to play tournament style poker i would consider losing some of the lower denoms, as you have plenty of them, and they tend not to be used as much when the blinds increase (most tournaments take the low denoms right off the table at a certain point).
If you plan to play a "cash game", I would consider taking away more of the higher denoms, unless you play with alot of $100 single bets
