Sounds like some form of phishing to me. Ebay would never have you fill out all that info. I just tried to bid on 1 of your auctions and everything seemed fine.

I would suggest logging out of ebay and then going directly to ebay.com and try to log back in from there. Then try again. I woould then change my password.
