Did not the Republicans vote 10-0 for Alito? Is that partisan? Or is just when the Democrats vote 8-0 make it patisan. It appears to me both parties are partisan. I guess you have to be an Independant like me to see that.

When they voted to impeach Clinton the vast majority of Republicans voted to impeach and the majority of Democrats voted against it. Was both parties patisan or just one.
