Last Night, some friends and I had a discussion (debate) over what constituted the 'strip'. I actually was primarily a spectatorin this, but did occasionally stir the pot ala Spragg.

The conversation began with a reference to the new Hooters (ex San Remo) "opening on the strip". THis was countered by an extremist view that the strip was the area touching on the Blvd, from Sahara to Flamingo.

It was suggested that definition cut out Mandalay Bay and the Stratosphere-reaction....tough.

The discussion then included places like the Palms, Rio, even the Hard Rock, not to mention the Hilton.

My question to the BB stalwarts is what do you consider to be the strip, and why?

I'll save my actual view till later, but I may engage in some Spraggish pot stirring.
