Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a former counsel for the ACLU, received unanimous support from the Senate Judiciary Committee and was elected by the full House 96 to 3.

I think most people would consider Ginsburg far more left than Alito is right yet Republicans chose not to be partisan and to allow the president the right to pick his nominee, regardless of perceived political persuasion.

How can you ask such a question as who is being more partisan.
