I took out the PayPal logo/option in my auctions and added this statement in the payment section:
I am able to accept several forms of payments for my auctions. Please contact me directly to discuss payment and shipping options. Foreign Bidders please contact me regarding shipping before placing a bid on any of my items. I am happy to ship overseas, but must discuss payment and shipping options 1st!

I may lose a few bidders by not stating specifically that I accept PayPal, but I am willing to take the chance
