-I've seen many posts get yanked-off quickly by either Greg or an Administrator; I don't know who they are, but I'd assume that Greg/Admins know who some of them are.

-You are correct, I don't know that they haven't asked, but I've seen posts routinely vanish for content. Greg is a good guy, and I would think a clear argument of why a fraudulent poster should be banned would probably meet with success. Yet, Vic still posts...
I realize with The ChipBoard, there isn't a (Board sponsored) guarantee behind deals offered in a post; but if we had Seller Ratings, like on Ebay - all my original post about my deal with Vic would equate to is just like giving him one positive.
My refusal to abide by a boycott of Vic, in fact, appears to be what's at issue here. My response; it's America, and I can deal with whomever I wish.
