Thank you for your question. I have had people interested in using these for commercial purposes. One individual wanted to use a couple of these in publication. Another individual wanted to use them as cover art for Ashtrays. Others have had similar requests. I really dont mind the use of these images in a commercial purpose as long as it does not allow someone to take these pictures, downloading them and reproducing them to sell them as a Cd. If you wanted to use them and put a copyright watermark on the image (nicepictures CD), that usually works with me. If you have any more questions or comments, please let me know.
