When I hear that Vic Galante has satisfied the claims made against him by others and has made ammends ... then (and only then) will I accept reports of his good-faith deals such as you have reported. Until then, it is my personal opinion that Vic's reputation has been severely damaged. Only Vic can rectify that. One would think that it might be in Vic's best interest to take care of past trangressions and move on to re-establishing a new customer base.
