I received an email that looked everything like an eBay message that "coonie2c" had a question about an auction I was conducting.
Trouble is, I'm not conducting an auction and the auction Item # is the same # you quote in your post (6436472319)!!!
It was real enough that I clicked the link and off I went to the standard My eBay log-in page. I filled in my eBay name and password and a split second before hitting the enter key, I questioned myself, "What auction? I don't have an auction going on. How could someone ask me a question?"
Well lucky me! I didn't hit the enter key, I backed out of the operation and searched real eBay for the Item number. It did not exists. I then searched the user "coonie2c" who does exist.
I then went back to the email message, clicked the link (returning to the phoney My eBay log-in screen) and read the URL. It had tell-tale indications of being in the UK, which My eBay is not, so I've chalked this up to an attempt to get my eBay log-in password by someone in the UK!!!
